Description: Learn the basics of good live, oral, performative storytelling. Learn how to shape a personal experience/memory into a compelling oral narrative and recall all its details without memorization. Learn what works when telling to an audience and what doesn’t.
Using traditional folktales and our own personal tales we will explore the art of storytelling. Each participant shall come away with a tale to tell, whether for friends and family or on the stage at the next StoryOly event.
